Returns & Refunds
Overview
At Pearl Le Scent, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy outlined below. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- For change of mind, you can only cancel your order before the shipment is being fulfilled. If the item is shipped, you will not be able to get a refund.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless they are defective or damaged)
- Items purchased from third-party retailers
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@pearlescentrevolution.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Upon receiving your request, we will review it and provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the item back to us.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Partial Refunds:
- In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as for items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery or items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at hello@pearlescentrevolution.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check Your Bank Account: First, check your bank account again.
- Contact Your Credit Card Company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact Your Bank: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- Contact Us: If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@pearlescentrevolution.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@pearlescentrevolution.com with your order number and a description of the damage or defect. Sufficient evidence will be required. Please include an image of the package and damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
